Much of my work is about building up layers of texture. All bags, cushions and decorative peices have a depth of fabric used on/within them, in order to create rich and sumptuous designs. A lot of work and care goes into each design, using many techniques of print, dye and embroidery/sewing skills in order to achieve the look.
I have been producing textile work for a number of years and have studied fashion and design to degree level. I am a versatile designer. My work is all hand printed and embroidered. The textiles are made using a heat press transfer printing technique which enables a diverse range of prints & looks to be created on many different fabric types.
All fabric designs you see on this site are created using these techniques meaning all works and individual designs are unique and can be adapted to create a high fashion look or a more exclusive one off fashion/art piece.
